Tips to resolve the Activation error on your iPhone
- Start by turning your device off. Do this by long pressing the on and off button until you see the red slider has appeared. Progress in sliding the slider. (Give the phone time to turn off completely). Another option to turn off the phone is to press and hold the home button together with the on/off one. Let go of the buttons once the device is off.
- The next step is to connect the phone to your computer while holding onto the home button. Ensure that you are pressing the home button until the phrase “Connect to iTunes” appears on the screen. Release when the goal is achieved.
- Proceed to iTunes and look for the “recovery mode” alert. It will help to restore your iPhone through iTunes.
- It is worth mentioning that when holding down the home button while plugging the phone into your computer, the Apple logo may appear. Take the time to hold the button until iTunes appears.
